In our experience in signage repair, we have seen a range of damages to a sign-face
– many occurring naturally.

Direct exposure to sunlight can cause colors to fade and vinyl graphics, trim-cap
and acrylic to crack and peel.

Service for this type of sign damage usually requires a sign technician to make
two trips and a three-step process:
   1. Diagnosing the issues
   2. Recreating the damaged item back at the Rite Lite facility
   3. Installing the new / serviced feature

EMC ISSUES

EMCs, or Electronic Message Centers, are large RGB panels wired together to
create one large, interchangeable digital image within a Monument, pylon or wall sign.

Since EMCs are connected remotely, common issues include connectivity to the sign.

Service for EMC issues usually requires two trips by our sign technician and a
three-step process:
   1. Diagnosing the issues
   2. Ordering the replacement parts
   3. Installing the replacement parts

Illumination issues on a sign can vary from broken bulbs and / or ballasts to

   2. Replacing the broken parts

NEON ISSUES

Neon issues occur more than you’d think ... and neon is difficult to service due to
the small number of available artisans with neon-bending skills.

Rite Lite still employs a professional neon bender for custom neon signs and
neon service.

Service for neon issues usually requires two trips by our sign technician and a
three-step process:
   1. Diagnosing the issues
   2. Recreating the damaged neon back at Rite Lite facility
   3. Installing the new neon

RE-LOCATION / REMOVAL

There are a few scenarios where a sign will need to be uninstalled, and our
technicians have the experience and fleet required to smoothly execute a sign
relocation and / or removal.

Service for relocation and / or removal usually requires two trips by our sign
technician and a two-step process:
   1. Diagnosing the original sign location (and new location)
   2. Uninstalling the sign and reinstalling in a new location or Uninstalling
       the sign and disposing at a landfill

Not too long ago, all channel letters and wall signs were illuminated with neon.
As technology gave us LEDs, it replaced this traditional illumination method.
It makes sense to Retro Fit your sign when the neon illumination needs
replacing. There are many benefits to LEDs, including longevity and light quality.

Service for LED Retro Fitting usually requires two trips by our sign technician:
   1. Removing old neon tubing
   2. Measuring for amount of LEDS
   3. Installing LED lights within a Channel Letter / Wall Sign

PARKING LOT POLE LIGHTS

Parking Lot Pole Lights


• Replacement of Bulbs

If you own a business, chances are you are responsible for illuminating your
parking lots. Servicing parking lot pole light outages is as simple as a crane
truck, a technician and a brand-new bulb to replace the busted bulb!

Service for Parking Lot Pole Lights usually requires one trip by our sign technician:
   1. Removing broken bulb
   2. Replacing with new bulb

HOLIDAY PREP

Holiday Store-Front Preparations


• Replace all bulbs in all
   signs in a series of stores

Retail stores that expect a lot of customers throughout the holiday season like
to make sure all of their signage is working properly. A Rite Lite technician will
visit each location at night and take photos of how all the signs are illuminating
so the client can see how all of these location signs are working.

Service for Holiday Lights usually requires two trips per location by our sign
technician:
   1. Diagnosing all signs and taking pictures of current illumination
   2. Client reviews photos and orders new bulbs
   3. Our technician replaces the bulbs on all relevant signs
