In recent days, recommendations aimed at mitigating the spread of COVID-19 have been issued by federal and state agencies. Rite Lite Signs is committed to the health and safety of our employees, customers and our community. In response to CDC’s recommendations to flatten the curve and slow the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented the following measures to reduce the risk of exposure while still allowing Rite Lite Signs to continue to meet our requirements to our customers. We are grateful for the ability to maintain production while keeping health our number one priority and felt important to expand on this new process in these uncertain times.
Sales Team and Project Managers
All sales and project management team members are working from home offices and will be able to handle any issues digitally or by phone.
We are currently running at full production in our facility. Our production employees are practicing “social distancing” as well as adding additional cleaning procedures for work areas and tools. Additional cleaning procedures will also be conducted on finished products before being shipped to customers.
Rite Lite Signs will continue to meet all scheduled installs. Project Managers will contact customers prior to installation to ensure installation is still a go. Installation employees will conduct extra hand hygiene before beginning installation. We will also provide extra cleaning on signs before leaving site.
